HANDLE

Sometimes a handle is strung to a kite
That flies through the sky
As we hold it with might.
Sometimes a handle is a hook on a “brelly”.
Sometimes a handle is the side of a belly.
Some handles are square like on my lunch box.
Some truckers have handles like 10-4 “Red Fox”.
The handle on the refrigerator helps me to open and close.
The handle on a pan is for handling, I suppose.
There’s a handle on my lunch bag when I roll the top tight.
The handlebars on my bike help me stay balanced upright.
Handling myself politely when I bump into the bully named Spike.
To handle with kid gloves is how I handle things I like.
The handle of a shovel.
The branch of a tree.
But the most popular one is when my sister says, “she can’t handle me”.
